Item description from seller

Book Condition - Fine: A few scratches and bumps across the original leather binding, but otherwise mint. Gilt decorative art on front panel and gilt decorative art along the spine is excellent. Internally the pages are almost as new (some very light spots of foxing on the odd page). Tightly bound, and the marble artwork across the page edges is as new. Second Edition, 1912. Ex Libris. Also features pencil inscriptions from previous owners of the book (dated 1914). Radioactive Transformations by E. Written with clarity and scientific rigor, the book remains a seminal work for understanding the early developments in nuclear physics and the pioneering research that shaped modern atomic theory.…
