It names 151 places across 200 dated entries.The diary opens at Mudros on 14 May 1916. 1916 is spent at Hersin, Frevillers, Morlay, Vron and Dieval. 1917 at Englebelmer, Maroieul, Brucehuts Aveloy, Cornailles and Angres II. 1918 is the most travelled year, 78 places against 55 in the next busiest, and is spent at Arqueves, La Bouverie, Eugies, Rocquigny and Forceville. 1919 at La Bouverie Belgium, La Bouverie And Eugies Belgium and Eugies & La Bouverie Belgium.
