Small folio 15 1/2 x 12 inches. Original card wrappers with a pochoir on the upper boards and flaps within - containing the complete work handsomely leather bound in half blue calf. The title with a pochoir vignette, eleven fine pochoir fashion plates including one double paged and a limitation leaf with a pochoir fashion design. Limited edition of 300 numbered copies (no 99). The card wrappers rather worn otherwise in very good condition. Particularly fine examples of pochoir fashion prints of this period- thick, heavy stencilled hand colouring- very bright and evocative. Caricatures of the fashion designs of Paul Poiret the leading French designer of the period. Enrico Sacchetti (1877-1967)- Italian, illustrator and caricaturist. Published as a satire of avante garde fashion, the 13 images depict women in exaggerated poses, straddling the line between fashion illustration and caricature. Seller Inventory # 6578
