Normal wear, marks and tear apply consistent with use and age. 361 pages all intact, all pages, text and illustrations are in excellent, clean, readable order. Set at The Folio Society in Centaur with Arabesque ornaments. Maps drawn by Reginald Piggott. Printed on Ibis Wove Paper at St Edmundsbury Press, Bury St. Edmunds, Bound by Hunter & Foulis, Edinburgh, in full Jacquard cloth woven by Van Heek-Scholco, Holland.
