By Dr. Santiago Fronda, PhD
In a world racing toward net zero, the need for well-executed renewable energy projects has never been more urgent—or more complex. Renewable Energy Project Management: Strategy, Execution, and Sustainable Impact is a definitive, practice-driven guide to developing and delivering bankable, impactful, and future-ready clean energy infrastructure.
This book empowers project developers, engineers, financiers, and sustainability professionals to navigate the end-to-end lifecycle of renewable energy projects—solar, wind, hydrogen, biofuels, ammonia, data centers, BESS, and hybrid systems. Drawing on over 20 years of international experience in project finance and infrastructure development, Dr. Santiago combines globally recognized frameworks, cutting-edge strategies, and real-world case studies to bridge the critical gap between theory and execution.
What This Book Delivers:
- Strategic Project Development: Learn how to identify, plan, and structure renewable energy projects that meet technical, commercial, ESG, and regulatory requirements.
- Stage-Gate Execution Framework: A practical roadmap for advancing from concept to Final Investment Decision (FID) and Commercial Operation Date (COD) with robust governance and risk control.
- Bankability and Financial Structuring: Discover how to design investor-ready projects with effective risk allocation, feasibility studies, offtake agreements, and capital raising strategies.
