1934 Reprint (First Cheap edition), with dust wrapper. Purple boards with yellow lettering on the spine. Edges of boards are well rubbed. Page edges are evenly and moderately foxed and discoloured, with some light scuffs at the edges--moreso at head edge. Foredge has 'P.H.M' etched across the pages in black ink--inscription on front free endpaper elaborates-- and reads 'P. H. Moody (underlined). Waterloo Station London (underlined). Feburary (sic) 1936 (underlined)'. Head and tail of spine lightly bumped. Front free endpaper bears light foxing, so too the title page and pastedowns. Title pages are very lightly coloured. Binding is neat and tidy. Well handled, this book is in fair condition. Dust wrapper bears scuff marks and moderate discolouration. Edges are very worn and chipped, front and back, and at spine. Large chips at the head of spine and head edge of front cover (see images). Small to large tears at corners and edges. Price clipped.
