A "cheap" edition was published in 1905. First Edition. Large 8vo. xxviii + 340pp. Cameo portrait frontis. of Warner (tissue-guard), 81 photographs on plates and in the text. Owner's name to fly-leaf. Original blue decorative cloth with St.George & dragon crest embossed in white to front cover between MCC orange and yellow stripes.
