PAGE EDGES A BIT DUSTY WITH FOXING TO THE TOP, OTHERWISE THE PAGES APPEAR CLEAN AND CREASE FREE. THE BINDING IS STILL GOOD AND IT SEEMS IN GOOD CONDITION OVERALL.
