c.1890 printing (n.d.) hardcover, bound in pictorial green cloth, is in Poor condition, having wear to top and bottom spine; evidence of ancient water staining on back cover and throughout book; surface and edge wear to covers and spine; some shaking to binding. Illustrated with color plate drawings, and sepia drawings by Caldecott. Wonderful images. The water-staining seems to be just at the page edge, and doesn't impact the illustrations. Poetry for children. Classics. British. DB.
