Packed with innovative tools, anecdotal stories, and actionable insight, The No Quitters Guide to Investing in Real Estate and Living and Extraordinary Life places Nathan Brooks’ real estate knowledge in the hands of anyone seeking to build their real estate portfolio, create a comprehensive 3-year plan, and expand their long-term goals.
The No Quitters Guide to Investing in Real Estate and Living and Extraordinary Life is written by a seasoned and industry-proven, multi-million dollar investor. With over 15 years of vetted real estate investing experience, Nathan Brooks faced bankruptcy in 2008 only to reboot his real estate investing career from scratch and build a highly-profitable, fast-growing, 8-figure real estate portfolio with an Inc. 5000 company. His money-making real estate investment strategies have been tested by the market and are ready to be put into immediate action.
Nathan Brooks understands the importance of cultivating financial security within the real estate market, which is why The No Quitters Guide to Investing in Real Estate and Living and Extraordinary Life is not “just another real estate resource.” Readers looking to learn the realities of working in real estate won’t be fed basic, regurgitated real estate strategies and terminology; instead, they will be challenged to dig deep within themselves and wrestle with the hard questions of what they truly want from their lives, and whether real estate investing can help them achieve it.
For real estate investors looking for the right investment strategies and tactics to reach their goals—without losing money—The No Quitters Guide to Investing in Real Estate and Living and Extraordinary Life is the guide that can cultivate that vision.

About the Author
Despite being a highly successful, 8-figure real estate investor and the CEO of Bridge Turn Key Investments—one of the fastest growing firms in the country—Nathan Brooks is not your average real estate investor. Nathan and his family have embarked on their bold dream of not just making a good living, but using real estate as the powerful vehicle to inspire and help change the lives of others. It’s through Nathan’s personal journey of self-discovery and transformation that helped him to rebound from bankruptcy and push past his fear to never quit on his dreams.
Today, Nathan is a highly-respected and in-demand author, blogger, podcaster, and speaker who is leading the new real estate investing conversation, emphasizing ‘more fulfillment’ over ‘more money’. He has been the first four-time guest on BiggerPockets—one of the largest real estate podcasts in the world with 2M+ downloads—while his company, Bridge Turn Key Investments, has helped investors grow their portfolios to nearly $50M in just five short years and is on pace to surpass 9-figures in the next few years.
Nathan Brooks is on a mission to change the conversation in his industry from the materialistic hustle and grind culture to one of mindful investing fueled by the desire to impact lives and improve the world.
