Book Title: The Quiet Mind: Stop the Spiral. Start Living.
Headline: Turn Off the Noise. Retrain Your Brain. Reclaim Your Life.
Are you tired of being held hostage by your own mind?
It’s 2:00 a.m. The house is quiet, but your brain is screaming. You’re replaying a conversation from three days ago, searching for the perfect comeback. You’re paralyzed by a simple decision, terrified that the wrong lunch order might trigger a cascade of ruin. You watch others move through life with light decisiveness while you feel like a browser with fifty tabs open, frozen by the spinning wheel of "what ifs."
You aren't broken. You aren't "just a worrier." You are stuck in a maladaptive cognitive loop—and it’s time to break it.
In Stop Overthinking Naturally, you won't find empty platitudes like "just think positive" or "calm down"—advice that is neurologically comparable to being told to stop feeling gravity. Instead, you will discover a comprehensive, science-backed system to retrain your brain using the proven principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).
This isn't about fighting your mind; it's about understanding its biology to switch off the "Default Mode Network" of chatter and switch on a state of clear, purposeful engagement.
Inside This Life-Changing Manual, You Will Learn How To:
Interrupt the "Spiral" Instantly: Master the 90-Second Pause and the S.T.O.P. Protocol to catch negative thought loops the moment they start—before they hijack your day.
Diagnose Your Triggers: Move from vague anxiety to pinpoint clarity by mapping the specific External, Internal, and Core Belief triggers that ignite your overthinking.
Defeat Decision Paralysis: Stop agonizing over every choice. Use the 10-10-10 Rule and the 70% Rule to make confident decisions with speed and clarity.
Silence the Inner Critic: Replace the exhausting pursuit of perfection with the liberating "Good Enough" Principle, saving your mental energy for what truly matters.
Declutter Your Mental RAM: Implement the GTD-inspired "Brain Dump" and Externalization Principles to close the "open loops" that keep you awake at night.
Build Emotional Resilience: Learn the "Feel, Name, Befriend" technique to process emotions directly, draining the fuel from your anxious thoughts.
Why This Book is Different:
Most self-help books ask you to change what you think. This book teaches you to change how you relate to your thoughts. Through actionable Neural Repatterning Practices at the end of every chapter, you will physically rewire your nervous system, moving from being "lost in thought" to being "kindly aware."
The goal isn't an empty mind—that’s impossible. The goal is a quiet mind. A mind that can host a thought without being hijacked by it. A mind that is your servant, not your master.
Stop drowning in the noise. Turn the page, and step into the peace you were born to have.

Store description
We first started out as “The Paperback Exchange,” a chain of physical bookstores where we would part exchange your beloved books for new stories to transport you to faraway places. However, as shopping started to evolve to online shops and marketplaces, we bid our stores goodbye to become “PBShop.” This transition has only allowed us to blossom as we now ship thousands of titles to book lovers across the globe. We pride ourselves in being a community of local book lovers which allows our passion and devotion to shine in everything we do. In 2020 we not only celebrated our 20th birthday but our 1st birthday as being completely employee owned after becoming an E.O.T in September 2019. We are proud to be different and embrace standing apart on a book mountain by working from a virtual inventory which allows us to provide thousands of books that may be difficult to get for your bookshelf or your studies. Working with a number of different suppliers allows us to explore other avenues such as puzzles, sheet music and even stationery so we really do have something for everyone. Life is about being versatile in all realms of existence. If this is your first visit or you are a returning customer, we would like to welcome you to the PBShop family, for there is no friend as loyal as a book. We are a company who put our customers at the centre of everything we do as we understand the importance of reading because once you learn to read, you will forever be free. There are a whole lot of things in this world of ours that we are yet to explore, which is why we will forever inspire curious minds.…
