Paperback. The Quicksilver Winnng Strategy is 64 pages of text (with other pages of drawings and appendices) by Jeffrey Alan Morey, a Japanese American writer, who triumphed over childhood verbal abuse to become a successful accountant and a philosopher of the human condition. His fascination with chess and its symbolism, as well as his own winning techniques for the game of life, resulted in a unique approach to this self-help book, 45 years in the making. Written as free verse, his literary tales, like poetic short stories with unique characters, help a reader to recognize, among other games, politicians' misleading promises, bosses' manipulations, biased news reporting, and false friends; so that one can find one's way through life's confusing labyrinth and discover one's own unique truth. After digesting this book's multiple layers of symbolism, a reader will be more immune to smokescreens and competitive maneuvers of those they encounter in the daily "chess strategies" of the workplace and relationships. In the end, one is more prepared to love and to forgive injustice, as a real survivor - Just like the author. This item is printed on demand.
