5G - EMF - Smart Devices - Practice Safe Tech - EMF Solutions for a Safe & Healthy Home. Remember the COVID-19 pandemic? Like EMFs, we couldn’t see, touch, or smell that invisible enemy. Now is a good time to unburden and protect our immune system as much as possible.
Although we cannot totally escape the presence of EMFs, we can take steps and adopt habits that will greatly reduce our exposure to harmful electromagnetic radiation. Quick & Easy EMF Guide provides 99 Tips to lower exposure to harmful electromagnetic radiation, including the dangers of 5G wireless communication & smart devices.
It has been demonstrated that all man-made electromagnetic fields (EMFs), including ELFs (Extremely Low Frequencies) can break DNA single- and double-strands, cause oxidative cell damage, disrupt cell metabolism and communication, break down the blood-brain barrier, reduce melatonin production, alter brain glucose metabolism, generate stress proteins, and disrupt voltage-gated calcium channels, just to name a few.
Because people are not dropping dead right and left from using electronic technology, government and industry scientists contend that the above effects are not significant. But the fact that all man-made EMFs do affect living cells should be a concern to us all, whether we are symptomatic or not. As 5G is implemented, it will only make things worse, in that the smaller antennas can be brought very, very close to one's home. 5G is not just an upgrade of 4G. It is the next major evolution in wireless communication. 5G is the central platform for connecting everything to everyone at all times. It will be the necessary technological support for “smart” devices.
Most of the tips contained in this book are simple and free or nearly free. Most of these solutions can be implemented right away or in a very short time. They are scientific and they are measurable.
If you want the entire backstory, the history of collusion and cover-up between industry and government, the research, and expanded solutions, check out the book I co-authored, EXPOSED: The Electronic Sickening of America and How to Protect Yourself – Includes Dangers of 5G & Smart Devices. But if you just want to know the short story—what to do right now—this is the right book to read.
