With Questions About The Stars Sarah sustains and extends her reputation as one of our finest poets, one in whom music, craft and attention occur together in chambers of live air.
"The cool delight of her poetry is to turn those subjects of routine fogetfulness into words that quiver in the heart...Sarah knows the language: its pressure points, its traditions, its crevices. Trained as a musician, she also understands flow and timing, when to sing and when to keep silent." --Mark Abley, The Gazette
"What I love most in Robyn Sarah's poetry is its quality of kinetic stillness. Her best poems seem to trace a music that was there all along, waiting for these words to make it audible. In that uncanny resonance, scenes and moments release a glow, and feel like human home for a spell." --Dennis Lee
