It’s about time you started asking yourself a few questions.
We lead busy lives, rushing from one event, experience or emotion to the next without stopping to consider what we’re doing and why we’re doing it. Add how we’re doing it and who we’re doing it with into the mix and it creates a world of questions – and questions that you’d benefit from finding the answer to.
Who sees the best possible version of you and who would benefit from seeing a better version? What negative emotion do you need to let go of? If you could declutter your life what would you throw out? If you haven’t got an immediate answer to one or all of those, then you need to read this book.
There are 52 questions that will get you thinking, smiling, reminiscing, laughing and taking action, and only you can answer them. You’d best get started then...
