[16], 316, [2] p., color and gilt frontispiece with captioned tissue guard, 50 leaves of black-and-white plates (1 double-leaf plate): full-page facsimile illustrations; 25 cm. Brown cloth with gilt spine and cover titles; gilt front cover decoration. Top page edges gilt. In Very Good- Condition: ends of spine slightly frayed with 1-cm. tear from head of spine; cover is lightly soiled; former owner inscription on front fixed endpaper; pages and plates are otherwise clean and tight.
