Wildlife Remediation - The humane removal of nuisance animals, any health hazards they create, and the repair of damages caused by them.

Quentin Rowanoak had gotten out of the wildlife remediation business. After years of trying to do the right thing for the animals and property owners, he was done. At least, he thought he was. When a missive arrives telling him his business has been bought out and he’s been reassigned to the D.R.A.G.O.N.S., he thought it all a grand joke, at least he did until the shuttle arrived to pick him up.

Now Quentin finds himself on an interstellar expedition, assigned to one of the most elite mercenary groups of the modern era, and has no idea how or why he’s there. That is, until the Captain informs him that he was brought aboard to be a glorified mousekeeper for a colony of sentient mice!
