Illuminated borders designed by L. Summerbell. List of subscribers totals 88, so a very limited edition. No issue date, but published during Tennyson's lifetime. Binding is solid. Each thick, stiff page is printed on one side, with a floral border by Summerbell, and is protected by a thinner page. Protective pages are tanned, and illustrated pages somewhat tanned. A few smudges, but no foxing. Black leather cover embossed with gilt titles and floral design -- some wear to edges, but titles all fine, and designs only a little rubbed. Seller Inventory # 32860
