(London: Chapman & Hall, Ltd nd [circa 1891]). Fifth Edition. Original red cloth gilt-stamped to the front board and spine. 280 pages + 4 pages of adverts at the rear. A near fine copy (a neat gift inscription from 1902 on the Dedication Page)with bright and clean boards with just the merest hint of spine fade (hardly worth mentioning). A much nicer copy than normally seen of this classic cookery book. A crisp copy. Photographs/scans available upon request.
