About the Author: Helene is a widely experienced HR consultant and a coach, specialising in change management, executive support, and team and group development. Her primary interest lies in creating working environments where people can develop their full individual and organisational potential. Though now retired, Keith worked as an art teacher within teacher training in Sweden, specialising in visual and art-based learning processes. In Putting Art to Work, their ambition has been to develop innovative and usable working practices for motivating individuals, groups, and organisations to explore new and creative avenues in their quest for development.
