Paperback. Just Push ThroughSome memories remain unchanged.Others refuse to stay still.Years after his military service, Kevin Koppers found himself returning to moments that nevertruly ended. They replayed with different conversations, different choices, and differentoutcomes-not because the events themselves had changed, but because trauma has a way ofreturning to what remains unresolved.Just Push Through is an autofiction collection inspired by true events and the lived experienceof PTSD. Rooted in the author's military service, these stories explore the way trauma reshapesmemory, revisiting moments that continue to demand answers long after they have passed. This is not a memoir in the traditional sense. It is a collection of stories born from livedexperience-where factual events and the enduring effects of trauma meet. Some storiesremain close to history. Others follow the paths the mind continued to walk in search ofunderstanding.Honest, reflective, and deeply personal, Just Push Through explores military service, friendship, grief, resilience, and the lifelong work of making peace with memories that never completely letgo.Because sometimes surviving the moment is only the beginning.About the AuthorKevin Koppers is a U.S. Army veteran, author, and artist whose work explores memory, identity, and the lasting effects of trauma.
