Prompt-by-prompt system for AI-powered public relations — from breaking news to boardroom crisis to social media firestorm
THE PROBLEM EVERY PR PROFESSIONAL RECOGNIZES
It's 7:42 PM on a Thursday. A journalist just emailed with a 'quick question' about your company. Twitter is moving fast. Your CEO wants a statement in 30 minutes. And your team is... you.
This is not an unusual day in public relations. This is Tuesday. And Wednesday. And every day in between.
PR professionals today are expected to monitor a 24/7 news cycle, produce high-quality content at scale, respond to crises in real time, demonstrate measurable ROI, and maintain executive communications — all simultaneously, often with a team of one to three people and a budget that hasn't grown since 2019.
AI public relations tools exist. But nobody has built a systematic, practical, copy-paste-ready guide for how to actually use them — until now.
THE SOLUTION: 40 PROMPTS. ONE COMPLETE SYSTEM.
AI in Public Relations: Reputation Management with Prompts is the first book in the business & management category to deliver a complete PR automation system built around ready-to-use AI prompts — not theory, not case studies from companies with 50-person teams, but practical tools for the PR professional working in the real world right now.
The book is organized around four core disciplines of modern PR practice:
- Media Relations Mastery — 10 prompts covering press releases (in 15 minutes, not 3 hours), journalist pitching, story angle generation, interview prep, press kit creation, and award submissions
- Crisis Communication Command Center — 12 prompts for the moments that define careers: holding statements, stakeholder messaging, social media dark periods, internal crisis communications, apology frameworks, and post-crisis analysis
- Executive Communications Excellence — 8 prompts for speeches, investor relations, thought leadership, board communications, and LinkedIn executive positioning
- Social Media Crisis Shield — 10 prompts for real-time sentiment monitoring, viral content response, troll management, influencer crisis protocols, and community management at scale
WHY THIS BOOK IS DIFFERENT FROM EVERY OTHER PR BOOK
Most PR books tell you what to do. This one shows you exactly how to do it — with AI doing the heavy lifting on the first draft so you can focus on the judgment, relationships, and strategy that only a human can provide.
Every prompt is accompanied by Required Inputs (what you need to provide) and a Customization Tip (how to adapt it for your brand, industry, or specific scenario). The appendices include 12 fully-written crisis communication templates, a complete PR tech stack comparison across Budget / Professional / Enterprise tiers, and an ROI calculator that proves the value of your AI investment to any CFO in under five minutes.
WHO THIS BOOK IS FOR
This book is written for PR Managers, Communications Directors, and Corporate Affairs leads at mid-market to enterprise organizations — especially those running lean teams with outsized responsibilities. It is also essential reading for marketing professionals expanding into PR, social media managers handling crisis communications, and entrepreneurs managing their own brand reputation.
If you have ever stared at a blank screen at 11 PM trying to write a crisis statement, this book is for you.
"You bring judgment. AI brings speed and scale. This book shows you how to combine both — and never be caught off guard again."

Store description
**Please note our transit times are from the date of dispatch.** We first started out as “The Paperback Exchange,” a chain of physical bookstores where we would part exchange your beloved books for new stories to transport you to faraway places. However, as shopping started to evolve to online shops and marketplaces, we bid our stores goodbye to become “PBShop.” This transition has only allowed us to blossom as we now ship thousands of titles to book lovers across the globe. We pride ourselves in being a community of local book lovers which allows our passion and devotion to shine in everything we do. In 2020 we not only celebrated our 20th birthday but our 1st birthday as being completely employee owned after becoming an E.O.T in September 2019. We are proud to be different and embrace standing apart on a book mountain by working from a virtual inventory which allows us to provide thousands of books that may be difficult to get for your bookshelf or your studies. Working with a number of different suppliers allows us to explore other avenues such as puzzles, sheet music and even stationery so we really do have something for everyone. Life is about being versatile in all realms of existence. If this is your first purchase with us, or you are a returning customer, we would like to welcome you to the PBShop family, for there is no friend as loyal as a book. We are a company who put our customers at the centre of everything we do as we understand the importance of reading because once you learn to read, you will forever be free. There are a whole lot of things in this world of ours that we are yet to explore, which is why we will forever inspire curious minds.…
