Dark brown leather with gilt trim on front. Tile in gilt on spiine with gilt decoration. Preliminary pages are missing to the title page. This copy appears to have been misbound (or possibly reglued) . A middle signature is pressed forward, but this problem appears to have been caused by the bindery -- looking down at the top of the binding there is a distinct curve forward. All of the book of Psalms is present and the book is quite usable. Overall book is F-G. ; 12mo 7" - 7½" tall; 453 pages; The Psalms in Scottish dialect. I don't know the story here.
