We live in a world today in which the topic of mental health holds such importance. With high levels of anxiety, stress, depression and fear impacting the lives of so many, it's no secret why the state of our overall well-being has been negatively impacted.
Many factors outside of our control, whether they be cultural or environmental, have made it difficult to seek help when needed. Project Rise Up was written as a self-care book to help steer those on their journey, with an importance placed on specific pillars that not only bring awareness but accountability and action.
We all have the potential to cultivate healthy and constructive habits. The answers to all that we are seeking have always been placed within us. The only question worth asking is: How far are we willing to dive inwardly to find them?
