Review
With the detailed inside cover notes - with steps for reading before, during and after the story - they help the Teaching Assistant with minimal support from the teacher. Also helps the parents with reading at home with their child. (Miss Stephanie Cairns, Assistant Headteacher - Harrowgate Hill Primary School, Darlington)
The books and materials appeal to both boys and girls but they include content that particularly motivates boys to read which definitely supports the teacher in class. Alien Adventures engages children and we have seen them make sustained progress in their reading development. (ed progress in their reading development. Stephanie James, Year 1 Teacher - Churwell Primary School, Leeds)
