The definitive handbook that unlocks how AI is transforming the film production business — and how you can harness its power to boost creative output, tighten budgets, accelerate workflows and maximize profit.
Whether you're a producer, director, line producer, post-production supervisor, VFX lead or film entrepreneur, this book takes you by the hand through the full life-cycle of filmmaking — from idea to screen to distribution — showing how Artificial Intelligence is no longer optional: it’s essential.
Inside you’ll discover:
- Pre-Production Intelligence: Learn how AI evaluates scripts, predicts audience appeal, scouts locations, selects talent and optimises production schedules — before you spend a dollar.
- Production Reinvented: On set and in the studio, find out how AI automates dailies review, detects errors in real time, supports virtual production and accelerates filming — keeping your crew efficient and your budget lean.
- Post-Production Supercharged: Explore how intelligent tools are transforming editing, sound design, visual effects, color grading, asset management and metadata tagging — cutting weeks of work into days.
- Distribution & Revenue Models: Explore how AI forecasts box office performance, profiles audiences, optimises marketing spend and opens new monetization streams — so you can turn creative vision into financial success.
- Frameworks You Can Use Today: This is not just theory. With checklists, templates and workflow diagrams, this book shows how real teams are applying AI successfully — and how you can too.
- Ethics, Strategy & the Future: As AI stakes grow in filmmaking, learn how to preserve human authorship, protect creative integrity and build a sustainable competitive advantage — not just today, but for tomorrow.
The film industry is evolving fast. Studies and industry reports show AI is already cutting costs, freeing creatives from repetitive tasks and unlocking new strategic opportunities. Reelmind+1 Yet with change comes disruption — only those who understand the tools, the mindset and the workflows will stay ahead.
This book fills the gap between hype and execution: giving you a clear roadmap to making AI work inside your production pipeline — not tomorrow, but now.

Store description
We first started out as “The Paperback Exchange,” a chain of physical bookstores where we would part exchange your beloved books for new stories to transport you to faraway places. However, as shopping started to evolve to online shops and marketplaces, we bid our stores goodbye to become “PBShop.” This transition has only allowed us to blossom as we now ship thousands of titles to book lovers across the globe. We pride ourselves in being a community of local book lovers which allows our passion and devotion to shine in everything we do. In 2020 we not only celebrated our 20th birthday but our 1st birthday as being completely employee owned after becoming an E.O.T in September 2019. We are proud to be different and embrace standing apart on a book mountain by working from a virtual inventory which allows us to provide thousands of books that may be difficult to get for your bookshelf or your studies. Working with a number of different suppliers allows us to explore other avenues such as puzzles, sheet music and even stationery so we really do have something for everyone. Life is about being versatile in all realms of existence. If this is your first visit or you are a returning customer, we would like to welcome you to the PBShop family, for there is no friend as loyal as a book. We are a company who put our customers at the centre of everything we do as we understand the importance of reading because once you learn to read, you will forever be free. There are a whole lot of things in this world of ours that we are yet to explore, which is why we will forever inspire curious minds.…
