Every service business owner eventually hits the same wall:
You built the business for freedom, but now the business cannot function without you.
Every problem lands on your desk. Your team waits for answers. Customers depend on your involvement. And even when revenue grows, your time, stress, and responsibility grow with it.
The answer is not to work harder. It is to build a business that no longer depends on you to hold everything together.
The Professional Advantage follows an overwhelmed service business owner who is trapped as the chief problem-solver in his own company. Through a practical and relatable business fable, he discovers the systems, leadership principles, and operating disciplines that transform a chaotic, owner-dependent business into a focused, profitable operation.
Written specifically for owners of auto repair shops, HVAC companies, plumbing businesses, electrical contractors, roofing companies, landscaping businesses, and other service-based organizations, this book will show you how to:

- Develop employees who take ownership and make better decisions
- Create a more consistent and professional customer experience
- Improve productivity, profitability, and accountability
