About the Author: Mr. Ghulam Abbas Niazi is Assistant Professor at Kabul Polytechnic University (KPU) since 2008. Mr. Niazi completed his MSc. degree in Construction Management at University of Brighton, UK. Mr. Niazi has published many papers in international conferences and journals. Mr. Noel Painting is a Senior Lecturer at University of Brighton, UK.
