The Process of Change and Motivation is a practical and faith-inspired guide to understanding why change feels difficult and how to overcome resistance with lasting motivation. Matthew Iyanda combines biblical wisdom with psychological insight to show that transformation is not an event but a structured process requiring readiness, discipline, and consistency.
Through clear explanations of the stages of change, the role of external and internal motivation, and the importance of accountability, this book equips readers to move from intention to action. Each chapter offers practical strategies to break excuses, build resilience, and sustain progress even when emotions fade.
Whether you are seeking personal growth, spiritual renewal, or professional advancement, The Process of Change and Motivation provides the tools to renew your mind, strengthen your commitment, and embrace lasting transformation.
