This book is a collection of high-quality peer-reviewed research papers presented at the International Conference on Recent Trends in Computing (ICRTC 2024), organized by SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Ghaziabad, held in Delhi, India, from July 5–6, 2024. The book is divided into two volumes and discusses a wide variety of industrial, engineering, and scientific applications of emerging techniques. It presents original works from researchers in academia and industry in the fields of networking, security, big data, and the Internet of Things.

Prof. Rajendra Prasad Mahapatra is the Professor  & Dean– SRM institute of Science and Technology, Delhi-NCR Campus, Ghaziabad. He is a pioneer in the field of computer science and engineering. He has vast experience of 23 years as an academician, researcher and administrator. During his 23 years of experience, he has worked in India and abroad. He has been associated with Mekelle University, Ethopia for more than two years. Prof. R.P. Mahapatra has authored more than 100 research papers which are published in international journals like Inderscience, Emerald, Elsevier, IEEE and Springer. He has authored ten books, ten book chapters and five granted patents. His 06 students have successfully completed their Ph.D. under his guidance and 8 students are pursuing their Ph.D. He is a fellow member of I.E. (India), senior member of IACSIT, Singapore, life member of ISTE, Senior member of IEEE and many more reputed bodies. He is a recipient of the Institution Award from Institution of Engineers (India), Calcutta, on 56th Annual Technical Session on 15th Feb.2015, Madhusudan Memorial Award from Institution of Engineers (India), Calcutta, on 57th Annual Technical Session on 14th Feb.2016, Certificate of Excellence from SRM University, NCR Campus, on 9th Feb 2015.

Prof. Sateesh Kumar Peddoju is a Professor at the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, India. He is a senior member of ACM and IEEE and has received the Cloud Ambassador Award from AWS Educate, the IBM SUR Award, the Microsoft Educate Award, a university merit scholarship, a best teacher award from his previous employment, as well as several best paper/presentation awards and travel grants. He has published in reputed journals such as IEEE TNSM, IEEE TIFS, IEEE Access, IEEE Potentials, MTAP, WPC, IJIS, and PPNA, and in conferences like IEEE LCN, ACM MobiCom, IEEE TrustCom, IEEE MASS, and ICDCN. He is the co-author of the book Security and Storage Issues in the Cloud Environment and the co-editor of eight books including the book Cloud Computing Systems and Applications in Healthcare. He serves as a reviewer for IEEE TCC, IEEE TSC, IEEE TNSM, COSE, and COMNET. Additionally, he is the workshop co-chair for IEEE MASS 2024 and the founding steering committee chair for SLICE 2018.

Dr. Karthick S is a highly accomplished and experienced academic with over 18 years of experience in the field of Computer Science & Engineering. His impressive profile includes an Assistant Professorship position in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering. He is a member of prestigious organizations such as ISTE and CSI. His research interests lie in the areas of Internet of Things, Wireless Sensor Networks, and Software Engineering. He has authored an impressive book and secured two granted Indian patents, in addition to publishing 20 research articles in reputed international peer-reviewed journals and 10 papers in international peer-reviewed conference proceedings. He has also contributed significantly to the academic community by organizing numerous workshops, FDPs, international conferences as an organizing chair. His expertise in the field has earned him recognition from various international journals such as IEEE Access, Springer, IGI Global, Inderscience, EAI Cloudcomp Journals, and Expert Systems, where he has served as a peer-reviewer.
