About the Author
Dr Mohd Fakhizan Romlie is a senior lecturer at the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Universiti Teknologi Petronas, Malaysia. He obtained his PhD in Electrical Engineering in 2014 from the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom. He received a Bachelor's degree of Engineering (Honours) in Electrical and Electronic from UTP in 2004, and a Master of Engineering in Power System Engineering from the University of Western Australia in 2006. He is also the Teaching and Learning Coordinator for the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, UTP, and is responsible for disseminating and guiding the department members on best practices in teaching and learning. Dr Fakhizan is also one of the internal trainers for Active Learning in UTP. He is registered as a professional engineer with the Board of Engineer Malaysia (BEM), and is a senior member of The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). On top of lecturing, Dr Mohd Fakhizan also supervises undergraduate and postgraduate students. His research interests include smart grid, renewable energy, energy storage application in power system and wireless power transfer. He has received various university internal and national grants. He regularly conducts short courses and performs consultancy work for the industry. He has published in journals and book chapters, presented in local and
international conferences in power systems, and is also an international journal reviewer.
Dr Siti Haryani Shaikh Ali is a senior lecturer at the Malaysian Institute of Information Technology (MIIT), Universiti Kuala Lumpur (UniKL), Malaysia. She has been affiliated with UniKL since 2004 and has assumed multiple roles, such as Programme Coordinator, Coordinator for the Final Year Project 'Bachelor of Business Technology (Honours) in Computer Entrepreneurship Management', and is also MIIT's E-Learning Coordinator. Currently, she holds the position of Head of Section for the Centre for Instructional Technology and Curriculum Development (CITC) at UniKL. Dr Siti Haryani possesses a diverse academic background, encompassing degrees in Computing, Management (Information technology), and Educational Technology, along with CompTIA (Computing Technology Industry Association) Project+ certification. Her instructional and research pursuits span various disciplines, primarily within the realms of business, education, and computer science. Her research interests are primarily focused on e-learning, educational technology, and business intelligence.
Dr Zolman bin Hari joined Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN) in Malaysia in June 1999. He received his Bachelor's degree in Science (Honours) in Physics in 1993 at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. In 1996, he obtained his Master of Science in Material Science at the Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), and in 2000 he completed his Ph.D. in Material Science at the UPM. He was also involved in teaching courses associated with Mechanical Engineering Programs. Apart from teaching, he was also actively involved in supervision of student projects at Bachelor, Master and PhD levels. He has extensive experience in training development for staff as coordinators in the Teaching and Learning Centre. He has been a member of The Malaysian Solid-State Science and Technology Society (MASS) since 2000, and has also been a member of the Institute of Materials, Malaysia (IMM) since 2004.
Dr Leow Meng Chew is a full time researcher and academician in Multimedia University, Malaysia. His research interest is in game-based learning, specifically in the area of role-playing game-based learning. He is also interested in system science, practical spirituality, and philosophy. His current research works are in the domain of digital advertising. He works on exploring better approaches for advertising for Digital-Out-Of-Home devices, such as digital signages and online roadshow advertising. He has pioneered the idea of Digital Signage-Augmented Roadshow (DiSAR), and is working on the data analytics elements of these digital advertising channels. Dr Leow also takes part in multiple national research projects involving national telco digital advertising solutions. He works on synchronizing the different advertising platforms into a common workflow to leverage the capabilities of a unified approach in managing advertisements. His inventions has won a few internationally acclaimed awards in conferences and competitions, such as in the Malaysia Technology Expo (MTE), International Invention, Innovation and Technology Exhibition (ITEX), the International Conference and Exposition on Inventions by Institutions of Higher Learning (Pecipta), the International Invention Innovation Competition in Canada (ICANS), the European Exhibition of Creativity and Innovation (EUROINVENT) and the Toronto International Society of Innovation & Advanced Skills (TISIAS).

Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer you can withdraw from the contract in accordance with the following. Consumer means any natural person who is acting for purposes which are outside his trade, business, craft or profession.
Information regarding the right of withdrawal
Statutory right to withdraw
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good or the last lot or piece.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, electronically fill in and submit a clear statement on our website, under "My Purchases" in "My Account". We will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to AHA-BUCH GmbH, Einbeck, Germany, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- The delivery of newspapers, journals or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts; and
- The supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g. on a CD or DVD) if you accepted when you placed your order that we could start to deliver it, and that you could not withdraw once delivery had started.
