Dr. Djihed Berkouk is an associate professor in the Department of Architecture at Dar Al-Hekma University in Saudi Arabia. His research interests revolve around the study of the relationship between the physical environment and space occupancy, human comfort, soundscape, noise pollution, and urban morphology. He has significantly contributed to multiple research articles published in reputable international journals such as Sustainability and Acoustics Australia. He is actively engaging with the international academic community, as a reviewer for multiple esteemed journals indexed in Scopus. His dedication to upholding the standards of scholarly research is evident in his role as a guest editor for a special issue titled Soundscape Perspectives and Noise Pollution Challenges: A Multidisciplinary Approach Towards Sustainable Environmental Solutions.
Dr. Uday Chatterjee is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Geography, Bhatter College, Dantan, Paschim Medinipur, West Bengal, India and an Applied Geographer with a Doctoral Degree in Applied Geography at Ravenshaw University, Cuttack, Odisha, India. His areas of research interest cover Urban Planning, Social and Human geography, Applied Geomorphology, Hazards & Disasters, and Environmental Issues. Currently, Dr. Uday Chatterjee has completed the Special Issue (S.I) of Urbanism, Smart Cities and Modelling, Geojournal, Springer as a Lead Editor, Special issue in Global Social Welfare, Springer and Frontiers journal, Editorial Board Member of Scientific Reports (Nature Portfolio). His extensive research and editorial contributions highlight his commitment to advancing geographical knowledge and its applications.
Dr. Tallal Abdel Karim Bouzir is an Associate Professor at the Institute of Architecture and Urbanism of the University of Blida in Algeria, and his area of expertise is the analysis of urban and architectural atmospheres. Specifically, he concentrates on examining how the sound, visual, and thermal environment interacts with human perception, comfort, and public health. His research aims to deepen our understanding of how the urban and architectural environment impacts the quality of life of individuals.
Prof. Imed Ben Dhaou is a Full Professor and Docent in Embedded Systems for IoT at the Department of Computer Science, Dar Al-Hekma University, since 2021. He has authored and coauthored over 120 journal and conference papers, and received numerous awards, including the Best Paper Award from the 1997 Finnish Symposium on Signal Processing, travel grants from the Ph.D. Forum at DAC, Los Angeles in 2000, a publication award from Qassim University, and the Dr. Hussein Mohammed Al-Sayyed award for research. Since September 2014, Dr. Ben Dhaou has served as an editor to the Microelectronics Journal, Elsevier, and was the Guest Editor for four special issues in ISI journals. He has also served as TPC chair or TPC member for several conferences in his primary fields of expertise.

If you are a consumer you can withdraw from the contract in accordance with the following. Consumer means any natural person who is acting for purposes which are outside his trade, business, craft or profession.
Information regarding the right of withdrawal
Statutory right to withdraw
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good or the last lot or piece.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, electronically fill in and submit a clear statement on our website, under "My Purchases" in "My Account". We will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to moluna, Greven, Germany, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
