This book offers the state of the art of notable advances in engineering technologies and aviation applications and serves as an excellent source of reference for researchers and graduate students. This proceedings book of the 2nd ICASET2025 conference encapsulates the forefront of aviation engineering and innovative processes, exploring the recent advancements that extend beyond the confines of traditional aeronautical and aviation technologies. This compilation serves as a reservoir of cutting-edge information, bridging the gap between academia and industries in the field of aeronautical and aviation engineering and technology. The scope of this book is to present a curated collection featuring the latest developments in aeronautical applications, additive manufacturing, 3D printing, and advanced materials integrated with innovative aviation technologies. This also addresses green technology aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), alongside the intricate domains of modelling and simulation in materials and manufacturing, and advanced aerofoil optimization substantiated by classical case examples.
