Drawing on techniques informed by psychology and education, this book provides counselors with a framework for organizing and interpreting client data. It offers insights into statistical analysis and the use of standardized tests to assess abilities, aptitudes, and personality traits. Ultimately, this book emphasizes the importance of creating a collaborative relationship between counselor and client, fostering trust and encouraging self-awareness. By understanding the client's unique journey and providing them with the tools for self-evaluation and change, counselors can empower individuals to make informed choices about their education, career, and personal growth. This book is a reproduction of an important historical work, digitally reconstructed using state-of-the-art technology to preserve the original format.
