Problems of Metaphysics by Frederick Sontag is an accessible introduction to some of the most fundamental questions in philosophy concerning the nature of reality, existence, causation, time, mind, and the concept of being. Part of the Problems of Philosophy series, the book examines how major philosophers have approached these enduring issues and encourages readers to evaluate competing viewpoints critically. Sontag presents complex ideas in a clear and systematic manner, making the subject approachable for students and general readers alike. It serves as an excellent guide to metaphysical inquiry and the philosophical debates that continue to shape our understanding of the world.
