How the principles of design thinking are implemented in practice
Design Thinking has gained significant importance in corporations, medium and small businesses in recent years. Numerous companies have trained employees, set up design thinking rooms and successfully taken first steps in agile and interdisciplinary projects. The relevance and perception of Design Thinking has increased greatly. Whether product development, business development, development of new business models: around half of all German Dax companies have recognized the potential of Design Thinking and successfully use the method.
What is Design Thinking? What are the core elements and how is Design Thinking implemented?
With this compact manual, you will be application-oriented informed about one of the most promising innovation techniques of the present. The authors - experts from SAP, T-Systems, Swisscom or sovanta - explain the underlying processes from conception to execution of design thinking. This enables you to use design thinking for your business: as a tool that combines creative and analytical methodologies for the development and prototyping of new innovative products, services and business models.
