The Problem Is You! is a powerful guide to understanding the hidden forces in your life that may be holding you back from reaching your full potential. Many of us experience recurring struggles in our personal lives, careers, relationships, and finances, and we often wonder why progress seems out of reach despite our best efforts. The truth, according to this book, lies within us. The Problem Is You! helps you uncover and understand the subconscious influences shaping your thoughts, beliefs, and actions—often without your awareness.
This book is based on the 3 Pillar Perspective, introduced by author Allen Brown in his previous book Your Life Is Not a Coincidence. The 3 Pillar Perspective offers a framework for understanding the forces that shape your life and experiences. These three pillars are:
- God’s Divine Hand – The higher power guiding your life’s events.
- Conscious Decisions – The choices you make that shape your life’s direction.
- Subconscious Influences – The hidden forces within that shape your beliefs, habits, and actions, often without your awareness.
While Your Life Is Not a Coincidence explored all three pillars, The Problem Is You! focuses specifically on Pillar #3: Subconscious Influences. This pillar deals with the deeply ingrained beliefs, habits, fears, biases, memories, assumptions, motivations, and expectations that silently govern your decisions and actions. These subconscious influences are often the hidden barriers between where you are now and where you want to be.
In The Problem Is You!, Allen Brown presents 101 problems many people face in their personal lives, careers, relationships, and beyond. Each problem is followed by practical solutions to help you identify and overcome the subconscious patterns that are holding you back. Through real-life scenarios and actionable steps, this book empowers you to break free from the cycles of limiting beliefs and self-sabotage.
For each problem, you’ll find:
- Subconscious Influences Breakdown: A deep dive into how your subconscious beliefs, habits, fears, and other elements are contributing to the issue.
- The Root Cause: Understanding why these patterns have taken root and how they affect your growth.
- Your Solution: Practical steps to help you reprogram your mind and overcome these limiting influences.
- Scripture Reference: Each solution is grounded in biblical wisdom, offering spiritual guidance to support your transformation.
- Closing Thought: A reflective takeaway to help you internalize the solution and take meaningful action.
This book doesn’t just focus on the problems—it offers a path to real change by helping you understand how subconscious influences operate in your life. By recognizing and addressing these hidden forces, you will gain the tools to break free from barriers, shift your mindset, and achieve the success you’ve been striving for.
Whether you’re struggling in your relationships, career, or personal growth, The Problem Is You! will help you identify the subconscious patterns holding you back. With practical tools, biblical wisdom, and a focus on self-awareness, this book provides the clarity and guidance you need to take control of your life and unlock your true potential.
If you’re ready to break free from the subconscious patterns keeping you stuck, The Problem Is You! is the guide you need. Allen Brown shows you how to unlock your potential and create the life you’ve always wanted.
