Item description from seller

Four vols., pp.xii,535 + advert.; viii,620; iv,432; viii,480; 5 color & 26 monochrome engravings and illustrations in text by the author; a very good uncut set in original boards, re-backed in green buckram preserving original printed paper labels (browned with minor loss).
