In this book, I examine the nine classical Principles of War and conclude that most of them are unfit for duty in the 21st century. The technology and culture of warfare have dramatically changed since the Principles were first formed, and slavish obedience to them will lead to disaster in the Information Age. In place of the old Principles, I offer three Laws of War, followed by seven Principles of Information Age warfare. It is my sincere hope that the ideas in this book will stimulate, entertain, and educate all readers, and that the concepts be applied successfully to not only warfare, but to all forms of conflict: business, sports, politics, etc. Enjoy!
