Paperback. In the beautiful kingdom of golden meadows and sparkling rivers, Princess Gretchen and her best friend, Beans, roamed with their magical companion, Jennifer the Unicorn. Their peaceful life was upended when Allan the Ogre emerged from Darkwood Forest and kidnapped Jennifer, believing unicorns were treasures owed to ogres. Determined to rescue her, Gretchen and Beans bravely entered the treacherous forest, facing various dangers until they reached Allan's cave. Using Beans' cleverness and a slingshot, they created a distraction to free Jennifer. However, their escape was interrupted by an enraged Allan. In a moment of courage, Gretchen chose to speak to him, explaining that true friendship cannot be stolen. Her kindness helped Allan realize he could choose to be friendly rather than feared.
