WHAT IF THE MOST PRODUCTIVE THING YOU COULD DO IS REST?
The secret to sustainable achievement isn't doing more—it's knowing when to pause.
We live in a culture that worships hustle, mistakes constant motion for meaningful purpose, and equates our worth with our output. The result? Full calendars, yet empty hearts. Packed schedules, yet spiritual poverty. We're more connected than ever, yet lonelier than any generation before us.
Sound familiar? The exhaustion that no amount of sleep can cure. The numbness where joy once lived. The fog that makes simple decisions overwhelming. You're doing all the "right things"—yet something essential feels missing.
Michael and Selah Hirsch were masters of productive living until they discovered something that changed everything. What began as curiosity about an ancient practice became their lifeline during one of the most challenging seasons of their life and leadership.
The gift of Sabbath strengthened their marriage, renewed their relationship with God, and revolutionized their family culture.
Sabbath isn't just rest—it's the divine pause button your exhausted soul has been searching for.
In Pressing Pause, you'll discover:
In a world that constantly whispers "more, faster, better," the Father's voice breaks through: "Come to me. Get away with me." Not as a suggestion, but as a lifeline.
Extraordinary things happen when we dare to pause.
Michael and Selah are carrying a true gift and a movement message about the power of Shabbat. It is a message that has transformed their family and a rhythm that once embraced can transform yours as well. If you are running and weary I cannot encourage you enough to take a moment to Pressing Pause and receive the gift of rest, alignment, and identity.
