We were told that these had been her Press credentials for the Atlanta Convention -- the Press credentials have numbers rather than a name. Carol was Press Secretary to Commerce Secretary Ronald Brown when a 1996 plane crash in Croatia killed Carol, Secretary Brown and all others on board.
