No Grid? No Problem—Discover how to prep like a pro and thrive, no matter what the world throws at you!
In today's chaotic world, uncertainty is the name of the game…
You never know what the day may bring. A third world war? Total societal breakdown? Zombie apocalypse? (Ok, maybe not that last one, but is it really so far-fetched these days??)
Amid the relentless struggle to make it through each day alive, you could find yourself wondering…
- What do I do if the power grid goes down—and my family is left without electricity, running water, or access to essential supplies?
- Can I last longer than three days if modern conveniences vanished overnight and I was left to fend for myself?
- How can I prepare myself for when a SHTF situation inevitably happens?
If any of these concerns sound familiar, you're not alone. More and more people are realizing the importance of being prepared for any emergency, whether it’s a natural disaster, a grid failure, or an unexpected catastrophe.
But here’s the good news: You don’t need to be an expert survivalist or a seasoned prepper to gain the skills you need to survive and thrive off-grid. With the right knowledge and practical projects, you can ensure you and your loved ones have the food, water, and energy you need to stay safe and comfortable—no matter what comes your way.
In this all-in-one guide, you’ll find everything you need to create your ultimate off-grid survival toolkit through the OUTLAST framework, including:
- Essential steps to take when you find yourself with no clean drinking water—because survival starts with hydration!
- Tried and tested techniques to make sure your precious food supply lasts as long as possible… and that none of it goes to waste
- The secret to having fresh produce at your fingertips and never going hungry, ever
- When to shelter in place and when to bug out…and various types of shelters you can build quickly and efficiently
- Ways to work smarter, not harder by tapping into sustainable energy resources and harnessing the power of nature
- Strategies to ensure that you, your loved ones, and your home stay protected from any potential threat
- Daily habits to not just get through each day but get better each day
- Over 15 DIY projects and how-to guides designed to make you more self-sufficient than you ever imagined possible
And much more.
You might be convinced that you’ve got zero survival skills and that you’d be the first one to go when the world comes crashing down…
But don’t underestimate what the right guidance can do!
With determination and a willingness to follow straightforward instructions, you’ll be surprised at how quickly you can take your skillset to the next level.
When the inevitable strikes, you won't have to depend on luck to pull you through—you can seize control of your future!

Store description
We first started out as “The Paperback Exchange,” a chain of physical bookstores where we would part exchange your beloved books for new stories to transport you to faraway places. However, as shopping started to evolve to online shops and marketplaces, we bid our stores goodbye to become “PBShop.” This transition has only allowed us to blossom as we now ship thousands of titles to book lovers across the globe. We pride ourselves in being a community of local book lovers which allows our passion and devotion to shine in everything we do. In 2020 we not only celebrated our 20th birthday but our 1st birthday as being completely employee owned after becoming an E.O.T in September 2019. We are proud to be different and embrace standing apart on a book mountain by working from a virtual inventory which allows us to provide thousands of books that may be difficult to get for your bookshelf or your studies. Working with a number of different suppliers allows us to explore other avenues such as puzzles, sheet music and even stationery so we really do have something for everyone. Life is about being versatile in all realms of existence. If this is your first visit or you are a returning customer, we would like to welcome you to the PBShop family, for there is no friend as loyal as a book. We are a company who put our customers at the centre of everything we do as we understand the importance of reading because once you learn to read, you will forever be free. There are a whole lot of things in this world of ours that we are yet to explore, which is why we will forever inspire curious minds.…
