Add to basket60 sepia photographic style images on glossy, on 20 concertina-style pages, with map to inside rear. decorative red/gilt binding and contents Very Good, minor rubbing to binding edges, NO tears, NO inscriptions. Views include 3 page panoramic view of Douglas town & bay, Laxey water well, Queens promenade, Tower of Refuge, 3 part page panoramic view of Peel town and castle, The Grand Palace and new opera House. Etc and The map on the inside rear cover includes the Stations on the Isle of Man Railway' it shows lines built and the proposed route of the Douglas-Laxey Railway Line (so this route was just proposed, most likely not even started to built). From net; The Palace complex, including an enormous ballroom, was opened in 1887. though not dated would guess this was published in the late 1890's. Size: 17. 5 x 25cm. Approx.
