A 360-degree guide to pregnancy for first-time moms—demystify your doubts and make healthy choices for yourself and your baby.
From the wild surprise that brings tears of joy to a gradual, somewhat anxious, realization that things are going to change, pregnancy is a roller-coaster of emotions, expectations, and the promise of a new life.
And, of course, when you break this wonderful news to family and friends, you are greeted with love, laughter, happiness, and—the one thing that you can’t stop, no matter what—a flood of “good” advice.
For first-time moms, however, this can easily become an overwhelming experience that leaves them clueless and confused.
But pregnancy shouldn’t be a storm of uncertainty, stress, and fear—it’s a sacred experience with the potential to change your life in beautiful ways.
Which means that instead of getting overwhelmed, you must be able to sort through all the information and options available to you and then weigh what works for you and your baby—whether it’s about nutrition, health, or changes that are yet to come.
To help you with this journey, this pregnancy guide offers you a complete view of how you can move forward during these months until the birth of your baby. In it, you will discover:
- A demystified approach to pregnancy, making it a more healthy, worry-free, and holistic experience
- The pregnant patient’s bill of rights and how to make informed, evidence-based decisions regarding pregnancy
- Your personal guide to nutrition—uncover which foods are beneficial, and which ones you should avoid; also what substances and medicines that might impact your pregnancy
- Healthcare 101—a comprehensive guide to taking care of your health the right way
- A detailed look at 18 of the most common discomforts during pregnancy and how to tackle them
- Crystal clear answers to your most pressing questions—activity, work, sex, or travel, tackle your life without getting tangled in what-ifs!
- A precise first-time mom’s guide to pregnancy, covering each month of gestation—prepare yourself and track the physical and emotional changes each week, along with what to expect during your prenatal visits
and much more.
As you prepare yourself to welcome a new life, it’s important that you take care of your health too—your body, your mind, and your feelings also need attention.
It’s time to dispel fear, be confident, and welcome each experience on this journey without any doubts.
