SPECIALIZED DEVELOPMENT ISN’T ABOUT SIZE. IT’S ABOUT PRECISION.
In a market overrun with speculation, delays, and obsolete execution models, Precision Power Using AI in Real Estate Development hands you the playbook to outmaneuver every traditional developer in the game. This is not about tech hype. It’s about monetizable intelligence. Inside this high-impact execution guide, you’ll learn:
- How to weaponize AI for site selection, zoning leverage, and due diligence shortcuts
- The investor psychology model that drives faster capital commitments and higher returns
- Exact pitch scripts, stack structures, and licensing frameworks for scaling without burnout
- The branding blueprint to position you as the authority― before you ever break ground
WHAT OUR READERS SAY
“In a world where most real estate educators talk theory, William Böll delivers execution. Their practical frameworks, branding insights, and monetization strategies have helped us improve how we build, scale, and grow our proptech plat-forms. They have a unique way of understanding real estate and seeing opportunities ahead of the curve. Working with him has definitely added value to what we do.”

AI is reshaping real estate into an arena of predictive power. This book, PRECISION POWER USING AI IN REAL
ESTATE DEVELOPMENT, is your telemetry dashboard. It demystifies how machine learning can forecast market shifts in underserved sectors, automate due diligence on quirky assets like adaptive reuse projects, and execute trades with the efficiency of a pit crew under pressure. No longer do you need to guess at tenant turnover in a boutique hospitality flip or valuation anomalies in industrial retrofits; AI hands you the algorithms to spot them, score them, and seize them.
What excites me most about the author’s approach is the emphasis on execution. In racing, strategy is worthless with-out the nerve to commit at 200 miles per hour. Here, you’ll find not just theoretical models but battle-tested tactics: from AI-powered scenario modeling that anticipates regulatory headwinds in heritage properties to portfolio optimization tools that balance yield against volatility, much like tuning a suspension for the perfect blend of grip and speed. These strategies aren’t for the faint-hearted investor chasing cookie-cutter condos—they’re for the specialist who thrives in the turns, where others see only straightaways
— James Bondurant
Professional Race Car Driver
The book is more than a guidebook — it’s a blueprint for the future. Within these pages, you’ll learn how AI can identify opportunities that would have taken teams of analysts weeks to find, predict market shifts with astonishing precision, and streamline decision-making so you can act when timing matters most.
As someone who spends my life spotlighting innovators and thought leaders, I can tell you: this book is exactly what the industry needs right now. It doesn’t just explain the technology; it shows you how to put it to work — profitably, practically, and responsibly.

Store description
**Please note our transit times are from the date of dispatch.** We first started out as “The Paperback Exchange,” a chain of physical bookstores where we would part exchange your beloved books for new stories to transport you to faraway places. However, as shopping started to evolve to online shops and marketplaces, we bid our stores goodbye to become “PBShop.” This transition has only allowed us to blossom as we now ship thousands of titles to book lovers across the globe. We pride ourselves in being a community of local book lovers which allows our passion and devotion to shine in everything we do. In 2020 we not only celebrated our 20th birthday but our 1st birthday as being completely employee owned after becoming an E.O.T in September 2019. We are proud to be different and embrace standing apart on a book mountain by working from a virtual inventory which allows us to provide thousands of books that may be difficult to get for your bookshelf or your studies. Working with a number of different suppliers allows us to explore other avenues such as puzzles, sheet music and even stationery so we really do have something for everyone. Life is about being versatile in all realms of existence. If this is your first purchase with us, or you are a returning customer, we would like to welcome you to the PBShop family, for there is no friend as loyal as a book. We are a company who put our customers at the centre of everything we do as we understand the importance of reading because once you learn to read, you will forever be free. There are a whole lot of things in this world of ours that we are yet to explore, which is why we will forever inspire curious minds.…
