In my many years as a spiritual healer who works with the Divine Energy of God through prayer for healing, I have become aware that everyone is looking for some kind of healing: physical, emotional, spiritual, relational, financial, and more. That should not have surprised me. After all, it was my desire to experience life in all its fullness that brought me into this spiritual work as a full time practitioner of Divine healing. Prayer in reality is the conscious realization of our oneness with the Divine, the Creator, the Source Being, Pure Light and Love, i.e., God. My book is a guidebook of the journey towards that realization--a realization that has the inherent power to heal and transform. What we have called prayer in the past are merely tools we use as we travel on this path towards that realization of oneness where nothing can harm us. We dwell in the consciousness of the Divine even if we yet don't know it. We live, move, have our being in the Sacred Energy of Divine Love. We dwell in the "house" of the Lord. "Prayer and the Five Stages of Healing" helps us in becoming aware of where we are now on this path, who we are, what we are doing here on this earth, and what are the priorities we are called to live by in order to heal our lives and empower others to do the same. In this book, I share the secret why mystics who are ordinary people seem to live in another state of consciousness than those around them--they do! Through years of discipline, especially in learning how to live in the awareness of the present moment, they have tapped into the "other side of the veil" in order to live more fruitfully, abundantly, and joyously on "this side of the veil"--a secret all have the potential of learning. The reader need not have any prior experience with prayer or any detailed knowledge of specific religious traditions to follow my approach to experiencing the Divine on a daily basis. The first half of the book traces the relationship between prayer and the five stages of healing. The second half of the book is devoted to the application of "prayer energy" to the healing of life's issues, as well as physical healing. Each chapter contains a spiritual exercise designed to help you deepen your grasp of the principles I present and to help you implement them in a meaningful and practical way into your life.
