97 p. "This collection of songs is the result of many years of singing with young Palestinian Christians. Since the tunes were picked up by oral tradition, they may be known slightly differently in other places. The collection is the result of the life-work of Rosmarie Reinhardt, who picked up the tunes and wrote them down by oral tradition. Hannelore Shihadeh has been organizing the team and collecting songs with Rosmarie ."--Preface. Includes "Abanal Lathi fis Sama" ("Our Father, who art in Heaven") and about 42 more songs. Photograph of the Beit Ibrahim hotel is on the back cover (or what would be the front cover for a book totally in English). Oversize. [b 728].
