The best of the best from inspirational Black Americans, all the way back to the early days of the United States. In 178 pages, well-illustrated throughout. Index & timeline of key events in black history in rear. A FIRST EDITION, slightly later printing, from 2004, this hardcover has glossy decorative paper over boards with a design matched by the accompanying DJ. Both are in Fine condition: just slightly less perfect than Brand New! Book is completely clean & unmarked, feels never opened! The unclipped DJ show a tiny bit of rubbing to flap edges & a tiny nick out of center spine, else perfect! Our photos depict the exact book you will receive, never "stock" images of books we don't actually have! Same day shipping on all orders received by 2 pm Weekdays (Pacific time); later orders, Weekends, & holidays ship very next business day.
