Living in Colorado, I experienced what were probably the most difficult three years of my life: 2013, 2014, and 2015. I was unemployed for about a year and a half, then ended up in a job that was, let’s just say, pretty bad, living in an apartment that was the worst ever, the most unpleasant, noisy, disturbing environment I’d ever had to live in, with no view or plan of any way to improve anything, and with badly dwindling financial resources. Deep despair set in. In spite of my contracted state of mind and being, and the extremely challenging and desperate conditions, some amazing dialogues came out of an auto writing practice that I went more deeply into than ever before at this time, urgently seeking answers and solutions. The process connected me with what I came to think of as my Guidance, which resided somewhere beyond my own normal mind, somewhere in some deeper dimension of being or consciousness.

Originally published earlier this year as installments posted at Medium.com under the author name of Sedona Vibes, this book brings all of those segments together. This is a compilation of my auto writing entries and the powerful answers that came from them. It tells the ongoing story of those troubling years, and features a themed, illustrative picture at the start of each chapter, chosen from among those richly sprinkled throughout the Medium stories.
